This week there were several media articles on access to gluten-free foods for those with coeliac disease. The articles raised the question about what type of support should be in place in view of the differences in cost of gluten-free foods e.g. breads and normal gluten-containing varieties. Coeliac UK wants to gauge how people are managing to follow a gluten free diet.
