Good Food magazine corrects statement about spelt being gluten-free

Good Food magazine has corrected its statement about spelt being a gluten-free grain.

 


On page 129 of the June issue of the magazine, a kitchen feature wrongly referred to spelt as a gluten-free grain. This has now been corrected and identified as not suitable for those with coeliac disease. You can read the correction here.
