Gluten-free training course – summer discount!

As well as online and in-house training, open courses are available at locations across the UK. Amongst other topics, these comprehensive, half day courses cover:

  • sourcing gluten-free ingredients
  • cross contamination
  • communicating with customers and staff 
  • how the law on gluten-free labelling affects your organisation.

Summer discount

The next open course will be held on 18 September in High Wycombe at 1pm. Usually costing £130 each, we are offering a summer discount of 15% and a further 10% when booking the course for 2 or more delegates, reducing the cost to £97.50.
