Coeliac UK will be delivering half day gluten-free training courses on 18 September in High Wycombe and 12 November in Edinburgh.

Coeliac UK’s gluten-free courses are aimed at food service staff who prepare or handle gluten-free food. This includes kitchen, front of house, serving, retail and bar staff to name a few.

Amongst other topics, these comprehensive, half day courses cover:
•sourcing gluten-free ingredients
•cross contamination
•communicating with customers and staff

•how the law on gluten-free labelling affects your organisation.
