Gluten-free Chef of the Year competition in trade media

The Gluten-free Chef of the Year Competition has been launched and we're beginning to see some great press coverage promoting the competition.

The competition aims to get chefs and catering college students thinking about gluten-free options in a creative way and we hope that as a result, we’ll see improved gluten-free options on menus as chefs increase their knowledge of gluten-free catering.

The live cook off will take place at the Unilever Food Solutions Culinary Business Development Centre, Leatherhead on 19 November 2013.
