Gluten-free catering training for the industry: dates announced

We have just two more face to face catering training courses before the end of the year and are pleased to announce two new locations: The Real Food Café in Tyndrum, Scotland where our open course will be running on Thursday 27 November and Calvert Trust Kielder in Hexham, Northumberland on Tuesday 16 December.
The four hour course, Gluten-free Food: Preparing and Delivering Safe Choices, will cover the challenges faced by those with coeliac disease, the legal requirements associated with gluten-free labelling and how to safely cater for the gluten-free diet.
