F.L. Edge & Son Ltd has withdrawn four of its sausage products because the presence of wheat and celery has not been mentioned on the label.

This means the products are a possible health risk for anyone with coeliac disease or an allergy to wheat and/or celery.

The products affected are:

• Plain Sausage
• Chipolata Sausage
• The Harling Pork Sausage (this product contains celery)
• Sage & Onion Sausage.

The alert covers all products with date codes of 16 September 2015 up to and including 23 September 2015.

If you have bought one of the above products and have coeliac disease or an allergy to wheat and/or celery, do not eat it. Instead, return the product to the store where you bought it.
