Educational catering press highlight the need to cater gluten-free

We are pleased to see two educational catering publications have published pieces on the importance of catering for the gluten-free diet.

The University Caterers Organisation magazine (TUCO) and Educatering magazine published piece which highlight the necessity for university caterers and educational establishment caterers to offer gluten-free options to students.

The pieces both illustrated the need for the sector to embrace the need to cater for the gluten-free market and we hope to see more and more gluten-free options available in such establishments in the near future.
