Get your free tickets to the Allergy and Free From Show Scotland on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 March at the SECC in Glasgow.

At the event, you'll be able to try a large range of gluten-free food, see live cooking demonstrations, seek advice on your gluten-free diet and take part in 'Allergy Adventures', a special feature just for children to teach them about coeliac disease.
