Coeliac UK speaking at industry event on new allergen legislation

We are reaching out to the food service industry with a talk on the new allergen legislation, giving advice on how the industry can abide by the new law.
On 19 March the Development Chef Summit, run by Restaurant Magazine, will host some of the UK’s top chefs and restaurateurs speaking on a range of topics relevant to the food industry. We’re pleased to be highlighting the importance of catering for people with coeliac disease so that you are offered even more safe options when eating out.
