Our Chief Executive Sarah Sleet spoke to Chris Baxter today on BBC Radio Gloucestershire about our catering training course which is taking place on Tuesday (3 June) and teaches the food industry how to safely cater for people with coeliac disease.

Case study Abi Morgan also featured on the programme, speaking about her daughter's diagnosis and eating out with her family.
