Throughout last year at Coeliac UK, our dedicated Diet & Health Manager, Kate Battley (pictured above, right), and the expert team of four health professionals, supported around 20,000 people seeking advice on all aspects of coeliac disease and living gluten free.

Kate says, “Giving one-to-one support is so rewarding and never more so than when someone tells us that the help we provide has changed their life”

For many people, like Anita and her young daughter Naina (pictured above, left), our expert team are their first port of call following a diagnosis:

“As a mother, I found those early days and weeks to be a very confusing time. When I first called the Coeliac UK Helpline, I talked to one of the dietitians about all the helpful ways to prevent gluten accidentally getting into a food when we were preparing, cooking, and serving Naina’s meals. Being able to check with a dietitian has been a lifeline and given our family the confidence to adapt to a gluten free diet.”

Could you be a raffle winner like Anita?

“I even won the very first time I played the Coeliac UK raffle! It’s an easy and fun way to support the fantastic services that the charity has for families like ours - and of course you get the chance to win £5,000!”
