In the midst of election fever it is great to see that coeliac disease is still high on the agenda of national newspapers.
Today in the Food and Drink section of The Telegraph there is an article on our Food Ambassador Phil Vickery. It discusses his call for restaurants across the country to provide more gluten-free options on their menus for people with coeliac disease.
