A big thank you to our Leafleteers for National Leafleting Day success

17 May 2016

On Saturday 14 May, Coeliac UK’s first ever National Leafleting Day took place, with hundreds of Leafleteers and Coordinators taking to the streets all over the UK to hand out leaflets and raise awareness of coeliac disease.

We’re so grateful to everyone who volunteered to help – with the amount of leaflets distributed, we are that much closer to reaching the 500,000 people in the UK with coeliac disease who don’t know it. In Marks & Spencer stores and on high streets up and down the country, the conversation was all about coeliac disease, and for that we owe our thanks to our amazing Coordinators and Leafleteers.

Visit our Awareness Week page to see some pictures of our Coordinators and Leafleteers in action, and to find out what else we achieved together this May.
