Mulled Fruit Mocktail
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 500ml pomegrante Juice
- 375ml orange juice
- 250ml grapefruit juice
- 125ml water
- 75ml sugar
- 8 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 apple, sliced
Method
- In a saucepan combine all the juices, the sugar and water, cinnamon stick and allspice
- Bring to a slow boil. After five minutes or so, remove the cloves and the cinnamon
- Pour into your serving glasses and garnish with the apple slices.
Christmas Gin and Cranberry Fizz
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 100ml gin
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 100ml cranberry juice
- 500ml prosecco
- 4 lime wedges
- ice
Method
- Pour the gin into a bowl. Add the thyme and mix to bruise the leaves and release their flavour
- Remove the thyme leaves and discard. Add the cranberry juices to the gin, then stir in the prosecco. Pour into glasses with ice. Garnish with lime wedges and serve – cheers!
God Father

Ingredients
- 1 measure of Scotch whisky
- 1 measure of amaretto liqueur
Method
- Mix the Scotch and Amaretto in an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
- Stir well and serve.
Drivers’ Punch
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 100ml cranberry juice
- 500ml orange juice
- 2 limes
- 1 orange
- 100g frozen cranberry
- 4 fresh mint sprigs
- 600ml sparkling water or soda
Method
- Mix the cranberry juice in a large jug with the orange and the juice from one lime. Slice the other lime and the orange
- To serve, put the slices of limes and orange, cranberries and a mint sprig in each glass, then pour in the mixed fruit juices and top up with sparkling water or soda.
