Keen supporter of Coeliac UK on BBC2 Great British Menu

Tune into BBC Great British Menu which is broadcast every day on BBC2 at 6.30pm this week – 5th May when you can see Chris Horridge from the Bath Priory on the show every evening. Chris is a keen supporter of Coeliac UK and our Food Without Fear campaign and and has developed a concept of ‘3 dimensional cuisine – which considers presentation, flavour and nutrition’. His menu is totally gluten-free as well as being dairy and sugar-free.

He has explained that when they were filming he mentioned coeliac disease a number of times – and wore our chef's hat!  However, he doesn’t know if this will have been cut out of the final programme.  Tune in and watch to see if he makes it through to the grand final when he will need as many votes as possible, which will really help put gluten-free cooking on the food map of Britain!
